Attend a Session with an Autism Employment Specialist

Meet with Paulette Goddard, an autism employment specialist, and discuss the program, any questions and how to successfully move forward in the program!

Participate In Two Personality Assessments

We’re working to find tools that more accurately work with the autism community on strengths based personality assessment and workplace fit. Participants are asked to take the Enneagram and Career Personality Profile assessments. They receive all reports and more time with an autism employment specialist to discuss the findings. 

Learn at Job Overview Sessions

Learn about 4 different jobs in Advanced Manufacturing: CNC Operators, CNC Machinists, CNC Programmers, and Mold Maintenance Technician.

Participate in the Work Based Learning Competency Assessment

If you’re still interested, we’ll ask you to participate in the Work Based Learning Consortium’s Competency Assessment. From this, you will get a report that confirms your fit to various advanced manufacturing jobs.

Network With Employers

Join us to wrap up the experience in the ASD Advanced Manufacturing program with a face to face networking event! Meet employers, practice your meeting skills and move in to new opportunities.
