ongoing support
Once a candidate has been hired, we’re available for ongoing support if needed.

Are you looking for a talent gap solution?
We’re launching a one year program to connect neurodiverse talent to jobs in advanced manufacturing. Candidates will go through a screening and assessment process and then move in to information sessions and support with resume and interview skill building. Once it’s been determined that candidates would be a good fit for a role in advanced manufacturing and we have an employer that has a position available, we do an introduction. We provide support to the candidate and the employer throughout the process. Not all candidates will be successful but that doesn’t mean they won’t be at some point. We focus on “not yet” vs never and identify opportunities for competency gap coaching.
SocialliiASD Inc. services are supported in part by funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP)
